We base our shipping charges on both the United States Postal Service (USPS) AND/OR United Parcel Service (UPS)
active rates at the time of purchase, according to the weight and size of your
shipment. Some heavy or bulky items will ship by truck using a Freight company of your choosing.
Orders for in-stock merchandise are generally shipped within 5-7 business days
of the receipt of your order (or the receipt of payment, if using Paypal). Some items are built to order,
meaning there is no in stock item available. It it understood that scheduling in the shop will determine the
shipping date as your item is entered into the schedule.
We will supply you with tracking information for your package once it has shipped. Customers who placed
their order with an account may also login to check their order status.
International Orders
We will accept international orders by phone, prepaid and payment must clear the bank prior to shipment.
We aim to make your shopping experience with us worry-free, convenient, and
fun. Above all else, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase from us.
If you are dissatisfied for any reason with your purchase from MAHopkins.Com,
items purchased from us are easily returned within 15 days of receiving the
item by contacting our Returns Department. These items must be in new condition with
original packaging and accessories.
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
• Any custom made item. This includes items that are stained with your selections.
• Any item that is damaged due to improper return packaging.
If you received a damaged or defective item, the item may be returned to us
with an RMA within 15 days for a full refund of the item purchase price. If
you desire a replacement item, it will be shipped for free
(via the original shipping method you selected, and provided the replacement
item is in stock) within 7 to 14 business days business days of the receipt
of your return.
If the return is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect item),
we will refund you the cost of shipping you paid on the item. If you desire
a replacement item, it will be shipped for free (via the original shipping method
you selected, and provided the replacement item is in stock) within 5 to 7 business
days of the receipt of your return.
How to Return Items
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number, which must be written clearly on the outside of the box. Packages received
without a valid RMA on them are ineligible for refund and will not be accepted.
RMA’s must be requested within 15 days of the receipt of shipment.
You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps.
1. Contact our Returns Department for an RMA and shipping label.
2. Pack the items securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in
or another box, if you prefer.
3. Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box. In large lettering,
write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the box (not on the shipping label).
4. Leave the package for your mail carrier to pick up.
Please note that return mailing labels obtained from our Returns Department
are valid for domestic returns only. In addition, if you use a mailing label
provided by our Returns Department and your return is not the result of our
error, the shipping cost of that returned item will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from MAHopkins.Com and
returned with an RMA issued by our Returns Department.
Please do not send us items without an RMA, as we do not issue refunds for
nonqualifying items and will not accept packages without a valid RMA on the outside. We do not issue refunds
for any items returned more than 15 days after delivery.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed
the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally
used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.
If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from
your refund. If you used a gift certificate to pay for all or part of an item
you want to return, that part of your refund will be credited to your account
for use on a future purchase. Please note, the original expiration date will
still apply.
Should you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate,
you will not be refunded for the amount of the certificate, as these discounts
were deducted from the original purchase amount. Any unexpired promotional funds
used on the order would, however, be returned to your account for use toward
future purchases.

- We attempt to respond to all RMA requests within the same business day,
however, it may take up to 7 business days to process an RMA request during
high volume sales periods.
- When you receive your RMA number, you will be provided with a return shipping
label. Package your return item carefully, and be sure to include all original
packaging, accessories, and documentation, and being sure to write your RMA number
on the outside of the package. We will not issue refunds on items
that are returned to us improperly packaged, or that are returned incomplete.
Returns must be postmarked within 15 days of receipt of the initial shipment
to receive a refund.
MAHopkins.Com reserves the right to amend or change its order policies
from time to time. All policies in effect at the time an order is placed apply, regardless
of subsequent policy changes.
